Your data, your trust

Privacy policy

We collect only what we need, store it carefully, and never share it with anyone else.

Minimal collection

We only ask for information required to fulfil your order — name, email, shipping address, and payment details processed by Shopify.

Never shared

Your personal information is not sold, traded, or shared with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

Stored securely

Order and contact data is held on secure, industry-standard platforms with encryption and access controls.

What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect:

  • Name and email address — to communicate with you about your order and send your digital download.
  • Shipping address — to deliver print orders.
  • Payment information — processed securely through Shopify; we do not store your card details ourselves.
  • Order history — so we can help if you have questions about a past purchase.

We do not collect or store information unrelated to your order or inquiry.

How we use your information

Your information is used solely to:

  • Process and fulfil your order (print or digital).
  • Send order confirmations, tracking details, and download links.
  • Respond to your questions or support requests.
  • Comply with Australian tax and consumer law requirements.

We do not use your email for newsletters or marketing unless you explicitly opt in — and even then, you can unsubscribe at any time.

How we protect it

Order data is stored on Shopify's PCI-compliant, encrypted infrastructure. Contact form submissions are held on secure platforms with access limited to the business owner.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, misuse, or loss. However, no online system is completely immune to risk.

What if there's a data breach?

In the unlikely event that our systems are compromised and your personal information is accessed without authority, we will notify affected customers as soon as practicable and take immediate steps to contain and resolve the issue.

We will also report the breach to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where required by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Your rights

Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of any inaccurate or outdated information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information where it is no longer needed.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. If you have questions about how your information is handled, please reach out — transparency matters.
